With a rich experience of three decades in Hospitality Management Education – both in Academics and Administration, Eabin Mathew has to his credit led new Institutions – both Undergraduate and Postgraduate. He is very active in the field of Curriculum Development and has assisted various Universities that he has been associated with. A Chef by profession, his subject interests include Culinary Arts, Wines and Spirits, Food and Wine Pairing, Food and Beverage Service,  and Hospitality Marketing. Currently, donning the role of the HOD for ADYPU School of Hotel Management, Eabin Mathew is also doing his Research in Sustainable Gastronomy and Artisanal Foods.
