Dr. Sudhakar Shinde is a Metallurgical Engineer from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur and has done his Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He has chosen to be in the educational field and his core competencies is in Higher Educational Institute/University Administration.

His expertise in managing establishment of new institutes and administration of KG to PG institutes like Engineering, Medical, Dental, and Polytechnic and schools and so on…

Brief Profile:
With over 16 years of experience in teaching, research, academic leadership, and curriculum development, Dr. Ninad Gawande’s areas of expertise include FinTech, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Financial Modelling, Digital Payments, and Business Analytics.

He currently serves as the Program Lead for MBA (FinTech) and MBA (Global Programs) and is the University Coordinator for Awards & Rankings (QS, THE, and NIRF) and Sustainability Initiatives. He is also a member of the Board of Studies and the Student Service Cell and supervises doctoral research scholars.

Dr. Gawande has published 27 research papers in Scopus, ABDC, and UGC-CARE indexed journals and conference proceedings, authored/co-authored five books, and holds two published patents and two copyrights. His research interests include FinTech, Artificial Intelligence in Finance, Sustainable Business, Digital Banking, and Financial Markets.

A recipient of the Best Faculty & Researcher Award (2022), Dr. Gawande has conducted executive training programmes for universities and industry. He actively contributes to outcome-based education, industry-academia collaboration, and research-driven teaching practices.

Prof Aparna Rahul Mhetras, an Environmental architect and IGBC accredited faculty, brings 23 years of professional and 11 years of teaching experience. She earned her B.Arch from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, and her M.Arch in 2015 from Pune University. A Project Architect for award-winning projects like Ruby Hall Clinic, she co-manages Maya Design Studio in Pune. A dedicated researcher in Environmental Psychology and the History of Architecture, she has presented papers at conferences and is a research scholar at Nirma University, Ahmedabad. She is known for her effective teaching, administration, and research skills, building strong connections with her students.

Dr. Sunny Thomas , BA, MA, BPh, LLB (Spl), LLM, PhD , NET is currently the Dean of School of Liberal Arts and School of Law. He was also the former Dean for Faculty of Arts at CVM University, Gujarat and former Principal, Institute of Language Studies and Applied Social Sciences. He possesses a total teaching experience of 29 years  and a total administrative experience of 13 Years. Dr. Thomas has obtained 1 Patent and has published 21 Research Papers and 2 Books.

Brief Profile: Bindiya Naik is currently working as Associate Dean at the School of Liberal Arts, Ajeenkya D.Y. Patil University, Pune, with over 16 years of combined academic and corporate experience. She holds a Bachelor’s and master’s degree in economics from Goa University and an MBA in HR and Marketing and is currently pursuing her doctoral research at Symbiosis International (Deemed University). Recognized for her dedication to innovative teaching, she has been honoured with the institution’s President’s Fellowships for Teaching Excellence 2023. Her extensive teaching portfolio includes courses in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Development Economics, Managerial and Engineering Economics, Behavioural Economics, Media Economics, and Economic Policy for Sustainable Development, emphasizing the entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, she has worked in client servicing, business development, and facilitation of executive training programs. Beyond academia, Prof. Bindiya is a passionate trainer in public speaking, personality development, employability skills, entrepreneurship, and leadership. She actively promotes experiential and immersive learning through workshops, field projects, simulations, storytelling, debates, and community engagement initiatives.

As an active member of the university’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell, Bindiya is also a certified NLP practitioner and former Toastmasters member.

Brief Profile: With over 16 years of experience as a practicing Advocate at the Bombay High Court and a parallel 16-year career in academia. My career has been uniquely defined by a dual commitment to the practical application of law and the academic development of future legal professionals, contribution to your organization’s excellence. Academic leadership has been focused on driving quality and innovation. As an Associate Professor and Associate Dean, is responsible for creating and implementing academic policy, managing a team of faculty members, and ensuring excellence in curriculum delivery. A key part of institution been spearheading the institution’s internal quality, accreditation (NAAC/BCI), and ranking activities. Also has worked as a role of paper setter and syllabus committee member for the University of Mumbai’s Board of Studies, giving me deep insight into academic standards and regulatory frameworks.16 years at the Bombay High Court and lower courts have honed my skills in civil and criminal litigation, legal drafting, and complex problem-solving. An opportunity to serve as Amicus Curiae in the Bombay Sessions Court stands as a testament to the professional integrity and competence. Practical experience is invaluable for teaching, as it to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world application, which is a cornerstone of my teaching philosophy.

Prof Rajaram T. Golgire, a seasoned architect,  is a recipient of the Best Practicing Fast Track Award from the Pune Municipal Corporation. With over 45 successfully completed projects in Pune, encompassing residential, commercial, educational, and industrial domains, he is also an accomplished author of two Marathi books. Distinguished by memberships in IIA, COA, AICTE, NCERT, and FIV, he actively contributes as a panel member and examiner for prestigious universities including Pune University, Bharati Vidyapeeth, and Shivaji University.

Dr Sachin Manoharrao Rajas, with M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Mathematics from Amravati University, India, boasts 22 years of teaching experience across four universities.
