Established in 2015, the ADYPU Knowledge Resource Centre (KRC) serves as the Central Library of Ajeenkya DY Patil University, offering a rich repository of learning materials. In addition to supporting the academic needs of students, research scholars, and faculty, the KRC also extends access to learners from the wider community, ensuring that educational resources are available to anyone seeking knowledge. With an extensive collection of 37,891 books across disciplines such as Design, Law, Engineering, Liberal Arts, Media, Management, and Information Technology, this initiative reflects ADYPU’s commitment to sharing knowledge with the farthest member of society and advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 – Quality Education.

ADYPU is well-equipped with a state-of-the-art Digital Resource Center.

At this center, students and faculty can access a plethora of online databases including Lexis Nexis India web edition, EBSCO, IEEE, ADYPU EDGE, DELNET, NDLI, SWAYAM-NPTEL, and enjoy membership privileges with the British Council Digital Library, among others. Additionally, we offer a range of open-access resources to facilitate easy access to essential information. It’s worth noting that our Knowledge Resource Centre is fully equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity for seamless browsing.

KRC uses Koha Integrated Library Management Software and Books are classified by Dewey Decimal Classification. The library offers easy access to specialized national and international journals and online databases, making information retrieval easy.

The library offers 24/7 services, including remote access to e-resources through the Knimbus e-library Remote Access and library mobile app, facilitating secure access to a wide range of resources.
