Ajeenkya D Y Patil University (ADYPU) successfully hosted its annual sports and cultural fest, Impetus & Ablaze 2024, from September 23 to 27. This five-day event brought together the entire ADYPU community, highlighting the university’s commitment to holistic education by fostering intellectual and creative growth.

Inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Dr. Rakesh Kumar Jain, the fest showcased the importance of such initiatives in developing well-rounded individuals. Dr. Jain emphasized, “Sports and cultural events not only foster physical fitness and artistic expression but also teach valuable life lessons in teamwork, leadership, and resilience.”

The event featured various competitions, including popular sports like cricket, football, and badminton, along with vibrant cultural showcases such as a fashion show, treasure hunt, and dance performances. Students from the Schools have collaborated and competed, fostering a strong sense of community.
