Dr. Pratima Suryawanshi is a distinguished academician, seasoned administrator, and accomplished management consultant with over 15 years of professional experience spanning academia, research, consultancy, and high-level administration. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, along with an MBA specializing in Marketing and Human Resources, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science.

Dr. Suryawanshi has made significant contributions in academia, previously serving as an Assistant Professor at JSPM Narhe Technical Campus, where she specialized in Managerial Economics, Marketing Management, Organizational Behavior, and Research Methodology. Her administrative expertise is marked by her tenure as Assistant Project Director at the Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute, Ministry of Social Welfare and Special Assistance Cell, Government of Maharashtra, where she gained nearly a decade of experience managing complex projects and initiatives in Skill Development, Research, Competitive Examinations and Training and Development. Additionally, Dr. Suryawanshi has worked as a management consultant for various private companies, providing expert guidance in areas such as policy formation, statutory compliances, governance, legalities, and administrative strategies.

In her most recent role as the Controller of Examinations at JSPM University Pune, Dr. Suryawanshi played an instrumental role in establishing and streamlining examination processes for a newly formed university—a feat widely appreciated for its precision and efficiency.

An accomplished researcher, Dr. Suryawanshi has published 8 research papers and authored 2 books. She also serves as a Ph.D. guide and co-guide in the field of Management Science.
