The School of Management at Ajeenkya DY Patil University organized an expert lecture titled “The Corporate Lens: Building Competencies for Managerial Excellence” on November 12, 2025. The session featured Mr. Sudeep Anil Gore, Lead – Business Finance Performance Management at Maersk Global Service Centre, who shared deep insights on the evolving landscape of corporate finance and managerial leadership.
The event was graced by Dr. Chetna Mehta, Dean, School of Management, and Dr. Kamaljeet Kaur, Executive Vice President, ADYPG. Centered on the theme “The Business of Tomorrow: Tech-Driven Finance Careers,” the lecture explored how AI, TechFin, and digital transformation are reshaping the finance sector and redefining the skillsets required for future business leaders.
Mr. Gore emphasized that AI is emerging as the fastest career accelerator, while TechFin is revolutionizing financial operations globally. Encouraging students to shift their mindset, he urged them to evolve from consumers of technology to creators of technology ecosystems, fostering innovation and adaptability in a rapidly changing business world.
The session underscored ADYPU’s continued commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) — through impactful industry-academia collaborations and future-ready education initiatives.
