ADYPU Celebrates International Yoga Day 2025 – Embracing Wellness and Inner Peace

Ajeenkya DY Patil University marked International Yoga Day 2025 with a refreshing and insightful yoga session on Monday, 23rd June, in alignment with this year’s theme – “Yoga for Mental Health.”

The session was led by experienced Yoga Instructor Ms. Sandhya Singh, who brought her expertise and calming presence to guide participants through practices focused on mindfulness, stress relief, and mental well-being.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and staff. It was graced by the university’s leadership, including Vice Chancellor Dr. Rakesh Kumar Jain, Registrar Dr. Sudhakar Shinde, Dr. Sunny Thomas, Dean of the School of Law and Liberal Arts, and Dr. Vijay Kulkarni, Dean of Student Affairs, along with other esteemed dignitaries.

This special initiative aimed to raise awareness about the importance of holistic health and to encourage the university community to incorporate yoga into their daily routines for a healthier, more balanced life.
