On April 4th and 5th, 2025, the Department of Biomedical and Biotechnology at ADYPU made a significant mark at the IEEE 1st Global Conference on Cognitive Computing and Communication Technology (GC4T 2025). The prestigious Scopus-indexed conference was organized by Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Science & Technology and brought together researchers, academicians, and industry professionals from across the globe.
The department presented a total of seven research papers at the conference, showcasing the innovative work and academic rigor of its students and faculty. Among the highlights of the event was the remarkable achievement of Mr. Parth, a third-year student from the Department of Biotechnology – Bioinformatics. His paper stood out for its originality and scientific contribution, earning him the Best Paper Award at the conference.
This achievement reflects the department’s commitment to academic excellence and cutting-edge research. It also underscores ADYPU’s focus on nurturing talent and encouraging students to engage in global platforms to share their research.
