In a landmark move to enhance industry-academia collaboration, Ajeenkya DY Patil Group of Institutes—comprising Ajeenkya DY Patil University and the School of Engineering—signed over 20 strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with leading industry players on May 7, 2025. The event, held at the Mini Auditorium in the University Learning Center, brought together academic leaders and corporate partners including Zensar, Paytm, Bizviz, Deloitte, and others.
Graced by esteemed dignitaries such as Dr. Rakesh Kumar Jain (Vice Chancellor, ADYPU), Dr. Kamaljeet Kaur Siddhu (Executive VP), Dr. Sudhakar Shinde (Registrar), and senior leadership from both academia and industry, the event highlighted the university’s dedication to fostering real-world learning, innovation, and employability.
Dr. Jain, in his keynote address, emphasized the importance of such alliances in bridging academic knowledge with industry needs. The MoUs promise rich opportunities for students through internships, projects, faculty training, and placements.
