In February 2025, Ajeenkya DY Patil University (ADYPU) had the privilege of hosting Lt. Gen. Vinod Khandare, Principal Advisor to the Ministry of Defense, for a deeply insightful session on Comprehensive National Security and National Power.
Drawing from over 40 years of distinguished military service, Lt. Gen. Khandare shared valuable perspectives on the critical balance between economic strength, political stability, and military power. His talk integrated ancient Indian strategic thought, with references to Chanakya and the Arthashastra, making the session both historically grounded and highly relevant to contemporary challenges.
