PGDHRM, M.B.A. M.Com, M.M.M., M.Phil., Ph.D. He has worked in different capacities, including Director in Management Institutes for one decade. He is Government Certified
Internal Auditor for ISO-9001-2015. He is Yellow and Green Belt Holder of six sigma.
He represents various national level and international level bodies. He is widely known as corporate trainer and instrumental in imparting different training programs in the area of Personality Development, Communication Skills, Team building, Key Responsibility Area (KRA), NACC assessment and empowerment of Faculty, etc. He is reviewer of
the His outstanding skill is in preparing need based and customized training programmes. He is passionate about” The Bhartiya Knowledge System” and its relevance in the teaching learning process He is recipient of various awards and to name a few Radhikabai Apte award from SPPU, Pune University for securing highest marks in his domain, Best Youth leader award from ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt of India, Life time achievement award in Management, Ideal Teacher Award, We Care award, Best Professor award etc. He has been awarded with “world book of record”
London for his outstanding work in during the pandemic.
He has published over thirteen different books related to the management domain. To name few books are research methodology, Essentials of Leadership and Motivation
and Organizational Behavior . Dr Kulkarni has experience of international collaborations, conducting international conferences and published papers in scopes and UGC care journals.
