UI/UX Faculty

Role Overview

The UI/UX Faculty will lead teaching, mentoring, and academic development in User Interface and User Experience Design. The role involves guiding students through user- centered design processes, interaction design methodologies, digital product development, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach User Experience Design, User Interface Design, Interaction Design, UX Research, and Usability Testing.
  • Train students in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Miro.
  • Mentor students for live projects, internships, and portfolio development.
  • Guide capstone and industry-sponsored projects.
  • Conduct workshops on AI-integrated UX workflows and emerging digital experiences.
  • Contribute to curriculum enhancement aligned with industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in UX Design / Interaction Design / HCI / Digital Design or related

field.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX process and execution.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in UX research and interaction design.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation and mentoring skills.

Experience

3-10 years of industry and/or academic experience.
