Assistant Professor – Food & Beverage Service

Department: Hospitality / Hotel Management

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management
  • Master’s Degree preferred (as per university norms)
  • NET/SET desirable
  • 1–3 years of teaching and/or relevant industry experience preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Teach theory and conduct practical’s in Food & Beverage Service
  • Manage F&B service laboratories and practical sessions
  • Assess students and maintain academic records
  • Support internships, placements, and departmental activities
  • Participate in academic administration and quality initiatives

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of F&B service operations and standards
  • Good communication and classroom management skills
  • Commitment to academic excellence and student development
