Assistant Professor – Finance 

Role Overview

The Assistant Professor – Finance will be responsible for delivering outcome-based education, fostering industry-relevant learning, contributing to research and publications, and supporting academic excellence in line with UGC regulations, NAAC benchmarks, and private university standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Teaching & Academic Delivery
  2. Deliver high-quality teaching for UG and PG programs (BBA, B.Com, MBA, M.Com) in Finance-related subjects.
  3. Design and deliver industry-oriented, experiential, and case-based learning sessions.
  4. Mentor students for academic progress, internships, placements, and career development.
  • Eligibility Criteria (As Per UGC Norms)

            Educational Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree in finance / management / commerce or allied discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
  2. NET / SET / SLET qualified
    OR
  3. Ph.D. in Finance / Management / Commerce as per UGC regulations (NET/SET exemption applicable).
  • Experience
  • 1–5 years of teaching/research experience in higher education.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of Finance and Accounting
  • Effective classroom management and student mentoring skills
  • Familiarity with LMS, ERP, digital pedagogy tools, and academic software
