Our course delivery integrates rigorous coursework, real-world experience, and a distinctive educational experience. You will build legal skills and will learn to think like a lawyer through a triad of simulated trials and negotiations, representing an actual client and working outside the classroom.

In times of rapid technological evolution, rise of new forms of business enterprises, which were hitherto unheard of, end of an era for many successful companies, increased global interdependence the pursuit of Innovation and Entrepreneurship is the only way find answers to social, political and economic challenges. In this complex world of new ideas, products and services law has a key role to play.
It would take diligence, dedication and imaginative thinking as essential ingredients to develop new line of thinking to address new kind of legal issues arising out of such developments. Today’s globalized world has high demand for lawyers with high order legal and business skills. There is a synergistic relationship between law and commerce. It is important to provide business skills to law students to take advantage of this emerging landscape.
In response to this emergent landscape the school of law is converging the domain of business and law. To prepare students for globalized environment students are introduced to the international implications of what they learn. We are giving special attention to niche areas such as business and finance law, compliance and enforcement, international and comparative law, intellectual property, labor and employment law, land use, laws relating to information technology, exchange of information, technology management and similar areas. The course work examines the interplay between law, business and public policy within the context of an innovation economy while benchmarking similar practices in other countries of the globe.
This innovative approach will prepare students to pursue careers at the intersection of law and business. At the end of the course, our students will be in a position to advise, create and lead ventures that drive the innovation economy. This fusion will create graduates who will be most desired by entrepreneurial ventures, start-ups, venture firms, technology centric companies, IT companies and leading business consultancies.
Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LL.B)
The candidate should have passed XII (10+2) examination from any recognized Board with minimum 45% marks (40% for S.C. /S.T. candidates). Students who have appeared for their Standard XII final examination and awaiting for the result are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of passing certificate at the time of the final admission.

Master of Laws (LL.M.)
Three or Five years LL.B Degree from any Indian or Foreign University recognized by the UGC with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade [45% for SC/ST Candidates]. Candidates who have appeared for the final year LL.B examination may also apply.
