A group of fifty students from Ajeenkya D Y Patil University’s School of Law embarked on an educational journey to the Shivajinagar Pune District Court, located in Pune, Maharashtra. Accompanied by their faculty members, including Assistant Professor, Dr. Shaista Peerzada, Associate Professor, Mr. Nikhil Rote, Assistant Professor, Mr. Gaurav Dhawan, and Placement Officer, Miss Ashwini Wani, the visit was a valuable opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the legal proceedings.

Prior to the visit, the necessary permissions were obtained from the court authorities, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for the students. A brief orientation was also provided to the students, outlining the etiquette and decorum expected within the court premises.

During their visit, the students had the privilege to observe various court proceedings, listen to arguments, and absorb practical knowledge about the legal system. This immersive experience undoubtedly enriched their understanding of the legal field.
