School of Design Presents a Workshop in Nashik

Assistant Professor Shrirang Powar, from the School of Design, led a workshop on User-Centric Design as part of the Design and Art Workshop Series, hosted at Colour King Design Classes in Nashik.

The overarching objective of the Design and Art Workshop Series is to instil design awareness among young, aspiring students, particularly those preparing for design education. To fulfil this mission, the School of Design strategically targeted design studios and coaching classes in Maharashtra and nearby states, with all faculty members conducting specialized design workshops at various locations.

During this specific workshop, Prof. Shrirang Powar enlightened students about user-centric design principles, emphasizing the significance of user studies during the research phase and their impact on the design process. In this interactive workshop, students shared their understanding of users and created designs tailored to their preferences and needs.
