As the University Registrar brings a wealth of experience of more than 30 years both in Corporates and in higher education administration to our institution. With a strong commitment to student success and academic excellence, he oversees critical functions related to student records, registration processes, and compliance with academic policies and various statutory norms. With several years of experience in university registrar roles, our Registrar possesses in-depth knowledge of student information systems and best practices in academic administration which are dedicated to promoting efficient operations and enhancing the student experience.

He has completed his Masters in Management with specialization in Marketing Management from, PUMBA, SPPU. He is currently pursuing his PhD from SPPU.

His professional affiliations consist of being selected as the Fellow Member of Centre for Education Growth  & Research, New Delhi. He has also been conferred with various awards in recognition of his contribution in the higher education domain.

Prior to being appointed as Registrar Prof. RV Paul was heading the International Strategic Alliances and Partnerships of the university.  His early grooming and experience in corporate, education training &  academics, administration, and governance has helped him inculcate these practices as an ingenious leader with a judicious mix of innovation initiatives and mature decision making.
