For centuries, the role of higher education has been within a context of social upliftment of masses. 

In the present day scenario the role of Private Higher Education has widened to be a direct economic contributor to the region, state and nation. 

The enclosed presentation outlines how, Private Higher Education contributes directly to the economy and how it could be a major factor in meeting the goal of Hon. Prime Minister to reach India to become a US$ 5 Trillion Economy by 2027. 

Therefore, it is important that this aspect of Private Higher Education is appreciated and accordingly supported through policy and autonomy.
