Commercial & Corporate laws from Centre for Commercial law Studies, Queen Mary, University of London, (London) United Kingdom  Ms. Prasad completed her L.L.M. Dissertation on the issue of Witness Hostility, which she completed under the supervision of Barrister David Ormerod, Law Commissioner for Criminal Law and Evidence, Law

Her penchant for international business laws and commercial arbitration inspired her to pursue   CPGM  General Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi after which she appeared for XAT and XU-RET and enrolled herself to complete PhD in Management  from Xavier Business School, SXUK  Kolkata (XAMI Institute).

She has about 6 years of experience working both in industry and academia. She has participated and presented papers at national and international conferences.
