The LL.B. program carrying 3 years by the School of Law, is offered to students who have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of their choice and further seek to study law. In this 3 year LL.B. program, students study various laws like Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Labour Law, Civil Law, and many more.

With a Ph.D. along with a diploma in Personal Skill Development, Dr. Sameena is an enthusiastic educator who brings to the table a plethora of knowledge. To pursue a rewarding career with an organization that gives her an opportunity of accepting greater responsibilities, new challenges, acquiring skills for strengthening her ability is Dr. Sameena’s personal goal.
With over 32 years of rich experience from the Industry and Academics, Sambhaji Mohite is a registered Advocate and has immense courtroom experience from district and session court, Dist. Satara. In addition, he has been associated as a resource person with Maharashtra Legal Services Authority, Mumbai, and Mumbai High Court. He is an avid speaker and has delivered 1200 lectures on various social subjects.
Previously, a Senior Researcher for 5 years, Dr. Kashmira has gained her Ph.D. under UGC NET -JRF at the Department of Law, Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) in the area of Sexual rights of Women and intimate partner violence. She has also worked as a Lecturer at the ILS Law College, Pune. From qualifying the UGC NET -JRF & SET (Law) in her maiden attempt to publishing several research papers in reputed journals, Dr. Kashmira has presented her work Internationally and Nationally in many conferences.
A full-time Associate Professor at ADYPU School of Law, Dr. Shaista has been teaching for the past seven years on subjects of Intellectual Property laws, Science, Innovation and Technology, Comparative Constitution, Professional Ethics, etc. to Post Graduate and Graduate students. Having attended the WIPO SUMMER SCHOOL at FRANKLIN PIERCE IP CENTER at the University of New Hampshire, USA, she has done the research and presented papers in Singapore, Indonesia, on various topics like ‘Innovation in Business & IPR’s, Services Tax and IPR’s’ and many more. She was also invited as a Researcher & Teacher at the WIPO-WTO Colloquium for Intellectual Property Teachers and Researchers in Asia, organized by WIPO and WTO in cooperation with Singapore Management University, School of Law, at Singapore.
Belonging to a family of Law professionals, Anu Kamble naturally developed an interest in Law. She graduated in 2008 from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) at Delhi and LLM from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2013. She was associated with Symbiosis Law School, Pune for the last 5 years as a Faculty and has taught various subjects like Jurisprudence, Legal Reasoning, Company Law, Environment Law, Case Studies, Indian Legal system, and Mergers & Acquisitions. With 12 years of professional experience and a Ph.D. in pursuit, she wishes to take her research forward to contribute to Animal Rights.
Before joining ADYPU, Dr. Nagesh has worked as an assistant professor in Symbiosis Law School, Pune for nine years. He has a total teaching experience of more than 11 years in areas like Administrative Law, Human Rights, and Research Methodology. He completed his LL.M. in 2009 and Ph.D. in 2020 from the Department of Law, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune (India). In addition, he is the author of several research articles published in international and national journals. He has also been invited as a resource person and a panel member by different institutions.
Kedar Naik is a research scholar, writer, political analyst, and academician. He has majored in political science and international relations and is pursuing his doctoral research in environmental politics. He has broad experience of teaching a variety of students from diverse academic backgrounds and has tutored and mentored many successful Civil services aspirants in Delhi and Pune. His passion for teaching took him to Kashmir, where he taught Politics and Environment. He is also a visiting faculty at the Maharashtra Intelligence Academy which trains state intelligence officers.
He is a keen writer and keeps contributing to leading dailies and magazines. He can also be found on News channel panels where he offers his political insights. Philosophy, political theory, world politics, history, ecology, and physics are some of the fields which he finds close to his heart.
A Techno legal professional turned academician, Nikhil Rote aims to motivate students to develop their learning interests, critical thinking and establish a learner-centered environment in the classroom. In his prospective career as a faculty at ADYPU, he looks forward to working in a collaborative learning and teaching environment with both faculty and students. His goal is to continue learning and developing his expertise and to work for the institution with full commitment and dedication.
