Prof Prashant Adsule holds dual postgraduate degrees in Human Resource and Hospitality Management. With twenty two years of diverse hospitality industry experience, he has received accolades like the TIP Inspiring Educators 2021 Award. He has published patents and research papers. He has  Published fourteen Patents & Nine Research Papers  in International & National Journals. As an Outreach Program Officer he has been instrumental in signing MOU’s for the National Service Scheme. He has  participated in various Faculty Development Programs, International & National Conferences, Seminars and  Trainings. He is a member of numerous bodies.
