Brief Profile : Prof Nikhil Rote, an engineer turned lawyer, seamlessly integrates five years of academic expertise with three years of hands-on industrial experience. His professional journey encompasses roles in manufacturing companies and law firms, particularly focusing on business development and intellectual property rights. He earned his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and pursued LL.B. (Hons. in Intellectual Property Rights) at IIT Kharagpur. Subsequently, he pursued LL.M. in Corporate Law from NMIMS University, Mumbai, and is currently a doctoral candidate at Christ University, Lavasa. With a diverse educational background, he imparts knowledge through teaching courses on Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
