His academic journey is marked by enriching experiences as a faculty member at BITS, NIBM, and MITWPU, Pune, culminating in his role as Dean. He has made ineffaceable mark on professional achievements by spearheading leadership programs tailored to senior bank executives. This collaborative initiative, spanning a decade, brought together the prestigious NIBM and Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA. With over thirty five years of dedicated service, he has actively contributed his expertise to the banking industry, spearheading five significant research projects and successfully leading fifty-four consultancy projects at NIBM.
