Dr Esha Bansal is a professional specializing in the fields of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, in key areas such as HRM, OB, Training & Development, Leadership Development, and Employment Laws. With a strong background in Corporate Governance & Business Ethics, she brings valuable insights and practical knowledge to her work. She holds an MA and MBA from Himachal Pradesh University, earning her Ph.D. from the same institution. As a NET-qualified professional, she combines five years of research experience with nine years of teaching expertise. Notably, she has published six articles in UGC-approved journals and conferences and actively mentors postgraduate research scholars in various aspects of project design and execution.
