Profile :  Dr. Deepak Kumar Singh is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Ajeenkya D Y Patil University (ADYPU) Pune. Prior to joining ADYPU Pune, he worked as a Doctoral Fellow for almost four years at National Institute of Technology Silchar. He received his BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical (CSVTU) University and the degree of M.Tech in advanced production Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) University, Bhopal.  His current research areas include hybrid renewable energy systems, Ocean Wave Energy, Fluid-Structure Interaction, and Wave Energy Converter. He has published more than 15 research papers till date in various referred national/international journals and conferences. He is a reviewer of journals of repute such as the International Journal of Modern Physics C.
