He has attained his formal qualifications in his credentials like M.A in English Literature, MBA in Marketing Management, M.Phil in English(Neuro-Linguistics), B.Ed, D.C.S and E.HR and thrice stood All India Topper position in NPTEL Online Examination. He has contributed in large number of literary and scholarly accomplishments in his credentials. He has been invited as an Eminent and Key Note Speaker in several seminars and conferences.
